Alors que la belle automne crétois s'installe, Rethymno célèbre la puissance unificatrice de la musique et de la créativité féminine !Le mercredi 30 septembre, le majestueux théâtre Erofili à l'intérieur de la Fortezza vénitienne accueillera "Les Maestrinas de Rethymno". Cet événement spécial rassemble trois des chorales les plus importantes de la ville pour uneune performance collaborative qui prouve que la musique unit vraiment les gens et les cultures.Sous la direction passionnée de trois chefs d'orchestre féminins talentueux, Eleni Perpiraki, Isidora Chalkiadaki et Mariella Vitorou, des dizaines de chanteuses partageront la scène.Les Choeurs sont Rettimo Cantus (Chœur Mixte de l'Association des Beaux-Arts), le Choeur Municipal de Rethymno et le Choeur UOC (Chœur Mixte de l'Université de Crète) Accompagné d'une belle instrumentation live (piano,accordéon et violon), les chorales effectueront un voyage riche et édifiant à travers des chansons folkloriques, traditionnelles et d'art moderne chères provenant de répertoires grecs et internationaux.Le public est fortement encouragé à se joindre et à chanter!Que vous soyez un résident local ou un visiteur explorant la ville, c'est une occasion parfaite de passer une soirée magique et atmosphérique dans la vieille ville tout en explorant l'esprit chaleureux de la communauté de Rethymno.L'événement fait partie du "Crete Festival" et entrée libre

The Maestrinas of Rethymno" Autumn Choral Concert
As the beautiful Cretan autumn sets in, Rethymno celebrates the unifying power of music and female creativity! On Wednesday, September 30th, the majestic Erofili Theatre inside the Venetian Fortezza will host "The Maestrinas of Rethymno." This special event brings together three of the city’s most prominent choirs for a collaborative performance that proves music truly unites people and cultures. Under the passionate direction of three talented female conductors—Eleni Perpiraki, Isidora Chalkiadaki, and Mariella Vitorou—dozens of singers will share the stage. The Choirs is Rettimo Cantus (Mixed Choir of the Fine Arts Association), The Municipal Choir of Rethymno and UOC Chorus (Mixed Choir of the University of Crete) Accompanied by beautiful live instrumentation (piano, accordion, and violin), the choirs will perform a rich and uplifting journey through beloved folk, traditional, and modern art songs from both Greek and international repertoires. The audience is highly encouraged to join in and sing along! Whether you are a local resident or a visitor exploring the city, this is a perfect opportunity to spend a magical, atmospheric evening in the Old Town while experiencing the warm community spirit of Rethymno.
